As a SAP Functional he/she should have a good knowledge in SAP HCM module. He/she should understand the core HR process and linking to other modules/processes.

In the Application Services department, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

As the concerned domain is providing Application Services to Aircraft Manufacturing and production he/she should understand the business activities itself, it’s criticality and be able to prioritize resolution.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile mind-set and methodology.

Qualification, Desired Skills & Experience:

• Graduate with 6-7 years of experience in SAP HCM Consulting.
  
• Successfully completed at least 1-2 end-to-end HCM implementations
  
• Strong Experience in multiple HCM functional areas majorly Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel development(PD) , ESS/MSS Portal, User Authorizations including experience in defining how multiple HCM modules work together.
  
• Hands-on experience in Inbound & Outbound Interface is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with LSMW and Data migration activities.
  
• Proficient in the standard HCM configurations and the setup.
  
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  
• Customer facing skill and preferred Work with European customers.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “Can do” attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  
• Good hands-on and deep understanding of the run-mode operations on handling incidents, change requests etc.
  
• Quality Decision Maker.
  

Good to Have:

• SAP HCM Core Certification preferred
  
• Knowledge on Quality Assessment topics
  

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class level of service to Airbus customers /End User’s
  
• Work with functional heads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and inspect business requirements.
  

• Provide support in helping clients make key business process decisions.
  
• Help clients configure industry standards within the SAP HCM solution and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
  
• Design and implement business requirements in the SAP HCM and should be able to translate the requirements into functional Specification.
  
• Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
  
• Understand SAP’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.
  

• Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  
• Participate in SAP certification and update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants .
  

• Provide consulting on both new implementations and existing support projects
  
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
  
• Perform end-to end testing, support in UAT and perform cut over activities.
