About this Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Platform Support Specialist to manage and optimise Salesforce environments, ensuring platform stability, security, user enablement, and ongoing business support. This role focuses on Salesforce administration, configuration management, user support, licence management, reporting, and adoption activities while working closely with stakeholders to improve platform effectiveness and user experience.

What you’ll do

• Oversee all aspects of Salesforce user and licence management, including user provisioning, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
• Configure and maintain Salesforce platform settings, including security settings, workflows, flows, fields, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
• Resolve user support tickets and provide timely issue resolution
• Gather and analyse business requirements from users and stakeholders to support platform enhancements
• Monitor user adoption and support teams in the effective use of Salesforce capabilities
• Deliver user training and develop training materials to support knowledge sharing and adoption
• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments in line with governance standards and best practices
• Support reporting, dashboard management, and platform optimisation activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure platform changes are documented and aligned with organisational standards

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce platform support role
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is advantageous
• Extensive experience administering and maintaining Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration, security, and platform administration
• Experience managing users, licences, permissions, roles, and profiles
• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and automation capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
