About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain our Salesforce environment. This role involves overseeing user and licence management, resolving support tickets, implementing configuration changes, and ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce tools across the organisation. The individual will also be responsible for training users and creating relevant documentation.
What you will do
- Oversee all aspects of user and licence management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Resolve user support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Gather and analyse requirements from users and stakeholders to improve system functionality.
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools.
- Provide ongoing user training and develop training materials as needed.
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes including security settings, workflows, flows, fields, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce system administration and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
- Proficiency in user and licence management, including roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
