Role Purpose

The Project Management Office plays a central role in how organizations manage, govern, and deliver projects effectively. Its purpose is to standardize project management practices, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and improve project success rates

Job Profile

  • Establish project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMI standards).
  • Defines templates, tools, and procedures for consistency across projects.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritizes and selects projects based on strategic alignment, resources, and ROI.
  • Manages the overall project portfolio to balance risk, cost, and benefits.
  • Provides visibility into the status and health of all ongoing projects.
  • Tracks and allocates human and financial resources across projects.
  • Supports capacity planning and forecasting.
  • Produces performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Facilitates project audits and reviews to identify lessons learned.
  • Provides training, mentoring, and certification support for project managers and teams.
  • Advises leadership on project investments and strategic initiatives.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience, in tech-related fields.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.
  • Familiarity with AI & IOT technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Time management, resource planning, and budget control.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
