About this Role

We are seeking a Product Owner with strong telecom BSS expertise to drive value delivery within a SAFe Agile environment. This role focuses on managing and prioritising product backlogs, aligning business goals with technical delivery, and ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. The position requires deep understanding of billing systems, customer lifecycle processes, and end-to-end telecom flows, particularly within Cable/TV domains.

What you’ll do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, operations teams, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps
• Act as the voice of the customer within Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) planning
• Ensure application lifecycle ownership from planning and development to production and optimisation
• Drive incident resolution, production support, and continuous service improvement
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, security)
• Manage dependencies, technical enablers, and architectural runway planning
• Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to address issues and optimise delivery
• Ensure readiness for testing, deployment, and production with strong focus on quality and stability

Who you are

• Experienced professional with strong knowledge of Telecom BSS platforms, especially billing and customer communication systems
• Familiar with tools such as Brite Bill and end-to-end telecom workflows
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, preferably within SAFe frameworks
• Certified in Agile Product Ownership (e.g., SAFe POPM, CSPO or equivalent)
• Adept at managing stakeholders and communicating effectively across technical and business teams
• Knowledgeable in DevSecOps practices, production support, and incident resolution
• Capable of analysing complex systems and ensuring alignment with architectural standards
• Fluent in English with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
