About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Operational Systems Architect to lead agile, multicultural project teams delivering complex, end-to-end IT solutions. This role focuses on translating operational and technical requirements into scalable, stable architectures across multiple IT stacks and transformation programmes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality delivery, operational readiness, and alignment with business outcomes. E2e knowledge of DE application landscape(Cable & FN stack must), Development (L3) experience, DevOps certified.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical leadership to agile project teams across international and cross-functional environments
• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation and clear articulation of requirements
• Lead solution design, analysis, and implementation of operational and business requirements in complex IT environments
• Align schedules and roadmaps with broader programme objectives
• Oversee the definition and execution of operational testing requirements in collaboration with Quality Assurance teams
• Ensure the delivery of stable, scalable, and maintainable end-to-end IT solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors across multiple levels
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Who you are

• Extensive experience in IT solution design, development, or project management within complex environments
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, databases, and cloud technologies
• Experience with microservices, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and modern development practices such as CI/CD
• Familiar with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and business processes
• Proven experience leading diverse, technical project teams
• Skilled in system analysis, problem-solving, and translating complex topics for varied audiences
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and standard office applications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is beneficial
