About this Role

We are seeking a Product Owner to provide vision and direction to an Agile development team and its stakeholders. You will identify user needs, define business value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. The role requires previous product ownership experience, an understanding of software development and a commitment to user-centred product design and delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Provide a clear product vision and direction to the Agile development team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, including key integrations and dependencies.
  • Identify user needs and help customers understand the business value of proposed products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage product releases.
  • Work with business stakeholders to capture, clarify and prioritise requirements.
  • Document business requirements and prepare functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and maintain a prioritised product backlog.
  • Support the development of new business products, solutions and processes.
  • Promote user-centred design and development throughout the product lifecycle

Who you are

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
  • You have approximately four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • You have previous experience working as a Product Owner.
  • You possess practical knowledge of software development.
  • You understand end-to-end customer journeys, system integrations and dependencies.
  • You can translate business needs into structured requirements, specifications and user stories.
  • You can communicate product direction clearly and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and Agile development teams.
  • You demonstrate a user-centred approach to product design and development.
