Your contribution:

For the role of Product & Business Development Manager IoT we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

  • Create new IoT product and service concepts based on customer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities.

  • Build business cases in collaboration with Finance and Local Markets to support investment decisions and guide commercial terms.

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, coordinating with Technology teams, suppliers, partners, and Local Markets, delivering incremental value in an agile way.

  • Define product requirements, including functional scope, service levels, technical dependencies, and commercial assumptions.

  • Coordinate B2B go‑to‑market execution with Sales and Local Markets, including sales training, value propositions, and commercial collateral.

  • Provide pre‑sales support, including customer meetings, tender support, high‑level solution design, and rough‑order‑of‑magnitude estimations.

  • Continuously monitor IoT market evolution, technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform product roadmap and prioritization

What makes you stand out:

  • University degree in engineering, business, telecommunications, or a related field; MBA a plus.

  • Relevant experience in IoT, digital products, or connected infrastructure solutions.

  • Familiarity with IoT technologies, architectures, and delivery models (3GPP and non‑3GPP a plus).

  • Proven experience in IoT product and service development, preferably in B2B environments.

  • Solid understanding of IoT ecosystems, including networks, devices, platforms, and applications.

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into scalable product propositions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Technology, Sales, Finance, and Local Markets.

  • Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with agile methods and/or product management frameworks.

  • Fluent in English (C1); Spanish and/or German a plus.
