What you’ll do

  • . Strategy Execution & Alignment
    • ​Establish and maintain the framework for the Integrated Strategy Roadmap, ensuring all functional projects align with the overarching long term plan.
    • ​Lead & facilitate the Executive Steering Committee meetings, providing frequent reporting on the milestones of key strategic projects
    • ​Manage the strategic prioritization process, helping leadership balance resource allocation between "Run the Business" and "Transform the Business."
  • ​2. Performance Tracking & Value Realization
    • ​Define and monitor the strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all strategic projects & programs.
    • ​Go beyond simple timelines to track Value Capture—ensuring that initiatives actually deliver the projected metrics ( financial and non-financial )
  • 3. Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle
    • Working closely with M & A team to drive cross-functional workstreams—including Legal, Commercial, Financial, and Technical—to ensure seamless operational continuity and the timely realization of deal synergies.
    • Act as the central "command center," resolving interdependency conflicts and translating high-level M&A objectives into actionable execution plans across the business and lead the cross functional integration of new M&A into current Vodafone structure.
  • ​4. Cross-Functional Orchestration
    • ​Act as a central hub between Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to break down silos and manage interdependencies.
    • ​Lead the "Program Management" for large-scale shifts, such as infrastructure sharing, LEO satellite integration projects, or AI-driven operational scaling.

Who you are

  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage & deliver cross functional End to End strategic programs and initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder & relationship management
  • Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged development periods
    • Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Marketing
    • 8 years of experience in Strategy management consulting or corporate PMO within the telecom and Tech sector
    • Mastery of PMO methodologies & tools ( Agile, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, MS projects, Primavera, etc..)
    • Strong understanding of Telecom P&L, Capex & Opex modeling & Business Case Development, with a strong commercial & telecom technologies background.
    • Successful track record in major transformations in large organizations, with a the ability to deliver on complex programs & large scale projects.
    • Seasoned people manager, with the ability to leading cross functional teams and influence C-suite stakeholders and challenge senior leadership teams.
    • Delivering E2E cross functional strategic projects & integration stream for new M & A
