Role Purpose

Support and Planning for wireless [Radio and Core] management systems within Vodafone Egypt network, responsible for monitoring, supporting, upgrading and planning the systems, facilitating the customers’ tasks by making use of the system capabilities and handling operational cases with the vendors

Role Requirements

• Handling all planning, development, design and operations of Network Management Systems and Automation systems security patches and upgrades as well as defining Network Management systems security roadmaps.
• Escalate problems to vendors according to the contract agreements.
• Implement all required system changes according to agreed processes & procedures with minor impact on our customers.
• Ensure both services delivery and security requirements compliance to VFE internal customers.
• Ensure that Network Management Systems are secured and regularly patched to follow Vodafone security policy.
• Develop and implement user access control policy for all Network management system nodes and solutions
• Develop the needed scripts & tools to satisfy the business requirements

Must have technical/ professional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience 6 Years in Technology.
• Experience in Network Management Systems.
• Experience in Unix/Linux administration & scripting.
• Experience in Database &SQL
