Job Description

What will you do here?

  • Manage Infrastructure Operations team (manage, motivate, control, increase performance). Influence, develop and motivate people.
  • Cooperate with other departments on solutions, tests and implementation of new features, systems and services at area of responsibility.
  • Manage operation & maintenance activities on assigned systems or infrastructure of assigned OpCos by developing and maintaining a schedule of routine operation and maintenance tasks.
  • Operate, administer, maintain, solve incidents and problems according to an appropriate Service Level Agreements at assigned infrastructure platform and relevant systems in order to deliver customers high quality services and to protect the company from revenue losses.
  • Manage and maintain assigned systems and services (e.g. backup and archive of data, performance tuning, account management, system configuration, deployment, installations, database administration etc.) according to the agreed maintenance plan, including troubleshooting and configuring services at assigned area using support and analyzing tools. e unplanned outages and fulfil capacity and availability requirements.
  • Provide 3rd line support for assigned area in order to assure defined quality of assigned systems in terms of an adequate Incident resolve times and system/service availability.
  • Maintain production documentation and update internally used documents concerning network infrastructure at area of responsibility.

What knowledge and skills do we expect?

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • has leadership skills, who was in charge of team of network or IT technicians.
  • has the experience with managing Checkpoint Firewall, F5, Juniper, Infoblox, Fortinet, Linux.
  • will not be afraid to contribute his past experience or idea of innovation
  • has Cyber security mindset
  • is experienced with understanding, creating and troubleshooting network elements
  • is experienced in domains such as Information Security Governance, Information Security Risk Management, Information Security Program and Information Security Incident
  • Knowledge of legislation concerning critical infrastructure and the Act on Cybersecurity (ZoKB), including the NIS2 directive
  • has English on fluent level.
