About this role

We are seeking an Experienced Marketing Automation Specialist in Hungary to plan, create and execute integrated B2B digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools. You will work across email, webinars, landing pages and lead-nurturing programmes, using segmentation, testing, reporting and campaign insights to improve effectiveness and data quality. The role combines hands-on campaign delivery with analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration and continuous optimisation.

What you’ll do

  • Use testing and marketing intelligence to continuously optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to campaign planning and take ownership of campaign delivery, applying judgement and problem-solving skills during execution.

Who you are

  • You have 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, including creating and delivering digital campaigns through marketing automation platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot or Adobe Marketo, or comparable tools.
  • You bring 3–5 years of marketing automation experience.
  • You have strong reporting and analytical capabilities and can take a systems-thinking approach.
  • You communicate effectively and are fluent in English.
  • You have experience in customer relationship management, problem-solving, organisation, prioritisation and deadline management.
  • You hold a BA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • You have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

In return we provide you with
