Job Description

Role purpose: Transition Management. Handling multiple transitions, from VF Global/Opco to T_VOIS.

Key accountabilities (Role Description)

• Expert in transition management, that includes project, team & delivery management.

• Familiar with IT processes, execution of projects and transformation initiatives.

• Plan, execute, and finalize off-shore transition & transformation of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Should be able to create detailed project plans, based on the solutions defined by the Service Line/Service Owners.

• This includes interfacing with relevant teams, to acquire resources either as employees or through third-party contractors or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Manager will also oversee definition of project objectives/scope, and quality parameters, through its life cycle.
• Should run project governance effectively, including provision of reports in defined formats, managing project meetings, and keeping data repositories updated.

• Should be able to clearly document and highlight the risks foreseen & the mitigation plans

• Essential: Knowledge of IT Operations/Delivery/Project/Transition Management
• Desired:
• Experience in Operations/Delivery/Project/Transition Management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
Must be well-versed in ITIL processes
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
