About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Office IT projects across global geographies. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, drive governance, and manage large-scale initiatives impacting over 100,000 users.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects (1–2 year-long initiatives) within the Office IT domain.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deploy releases into production while ensuring zero escalations from high-impact stakeholders.
  • Lead governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and third-party vendor negotiations for fixed-price work packages.
  • Drive improvements in project delivery processes, ensuring adoption of solutions and alignment with Vodafone Way principles of Speed, Simplicity, and Trust.
  • Mentor senior managers and project leads, oversee goal setting and appraisals, and ensure effective utilisation of resources.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 6 years handling multiple projects.
  • Certified in PMP/PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, and ITIL.
  • Proven ability to deliver large projects (€1–2M+) across geographies and manage CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service delivery, CAPEX/OPEX cycles, and captive organisation functioning.
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile framework and agile project deliveries.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • International exposure and ability to work across diverse cultures.
