What you’ll do

To provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via TOBi/Ask HR online and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. To perform day-to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes, Manage Payroll end to end and complex queries from vendors

Who you are

• Resolves complex issues, controls and coordinates the work of the 3rd party payroll company. Regularly checks the results of payroll, performs reporting to management.
• Work closely with Market Spoc and stakeholder.
• Manage End to End payroll, gives advice on payroll queries.
• Help in training new hires and add more value in the process.
• Manage External and Internal payroll audits
• Takes part in process improvement projects. Suggests modifications in policies.
• Expert knowledge of HR systems (SF) and all HR policies
• SLA’s/SLA’s/Number of queries solved
• Satisfaction of internal/external employees
• Payroll knowledge is a must
• Expert knowledge of HR systems (SF) and all HR policies
