About this Role

We are seeking a highly organised Demand Management professional to oversee end-to-end demand intake, prioritisation, and structured handover into delivery. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement experience, and an understanding of technical feasibility assessments. The individual will act as a central coordination point across product, delivery and market teams, driving transparency, governance and value throughout the demand lifecycle

What you will do

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of incoming requests through the Demand Front Door (such as Pega), ensuring completeness and accurate categorisation.
  • Lead Triage discussions using prioritisation frameworks including value scoring, complexity assessment and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline with real-time status, decisions, owners, risks and KPIs.
  • Assess post‑delivery outcomes to measure value realisation and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with requesters, markets, SMEs and delivery teams to resolve blockers and clarify requirements.
  • Route validated demands to the correct technical or product teams, ensuring clean and structured handover.
  • Conduct analytical assessments to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in demand quality, governance and throughput.

Who you are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in demand management or technical coordination.
  • You have strong experience reviewing technical feasibility and supporting automation-driven initiatives.
  • You have working knowledge of financial models, benefit frameworks and operational metrics.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • You are highly organised, with a focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands.
  • You are confident in applying cost‑benefit assessments, KPI reviews and data‑driven decision-making.
  • (Desirable) You have exposure to governance forums, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, APIs or automation frameworks.
  • (Desirable) You have an understanding of telco network functions.
