Role Purpose/Business Unit:
Serve as Vodacom Group ASOC lead for Change Management by overseeing and governing the technology change management process and providing change management and user access management services to specific Vodacom group markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Govern the Change Management Process
- Leading the Change Management Office team and operations
- Contribute to the management and operation of the Change Management System
- Manage Named User access
- Contribute to Audits
- Participate in compliance management for Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and ISO9001
- Lead Vodacom Group Change Management Forums
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Matric / Grade 12 essential
- 3-year Graduate degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications or equivalent diploma essential
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- 7+ years playing a leading role as senior Change Manager essential
- 4+ years of mobile network and IT skills essential
- 4+ years’ experience in dealing directly compliance officers and auditors (internal and external) essential
- Analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Stress Tolerance and Resilience
- Ability to engage with all levels of management inclusive of senior executive management
- Experience with Vodacom Change Management Tools
- Experience in leading the change process with very large teams in Change Advisory Boards or forums
