Job Description
Role Purpose
To coordinate financial reporting activities for M-Pesa Finance and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules
- Coordinate IFRS and OHADA reporting submissions
- Maintain reporting templates and controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform variance analysis and commentary
- Coordinate audit support documentation
- Ensure reporting compliance with Group deadlines

- Reporting submission timeliness
- Accuracy of financial reports
- Audit adjustment levels
- Forecast accuracy
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification preferred
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
