L&D Impact Team Leader - German Speaker

Job Description

Role purpose:

The L&D Impact Lead’s role is to manage the L&D impact team. The team consist of individuals whose core job is to prepare the new VOIS employees for their different roles in the business, by utilizing multiple training techniques that matches the culture and the nature of the services they are assigned to.

The L&D senior impact lead will engage with the clients and the operations as the main stakeholders, but his area of influence extended to other internal and external stakeholders, such as:

  • Aligning with workforce and Resourcing teams, to ensure the best employee experience during the hiring phase
  • The L&D senior impact lead is responsible for the complete induction journey this include the following processes management to ensure best quality staff:
  • Manage the training resources to ensure proper delivery of service that meets the business and client standards
  • Ensure the impact team is utilizing the proper training techniques
  • Align with client on delivered content and manage updates of contents
  • Maintain a proper repository of knowledge contents that are relevant to the services delivered and up to date
  • Create and manage the induction and refreshers calendar
  • Assess the trainees understanding of the content and provide suggestion to the content designers on how to mitigate knowledge blocks for future hires
  • Facilitate the transition between the training phase and the transition phase for new hires

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

  • Provide leadership and development to the team of individual L&D Impact Instructors
  • Assess and plan the roll-out of digital and face to face interventions and be responsible for the overall local L&D delivery plan along with its digitization.
  • Ensure learning objectives and other impact KPIs achieved as agreed with functional stakeholders and drive digital learning.
  • Work with HRSSC team regarding the training administration and enablement.
  • Owning all communications with designated market stakeholders and functions
  • Liaising with necessary entities to ensure predetermined hiring plan and standards are met with needed L&D resources with the maximum efficiency and employee experience.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Experience across other areas of the HR value chain e.g. business partnering
Instructional design, training choreography, facilitation of training and coaching experience.
Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport
Stakeholder management and Analytical skills
Familiarity with the Kirk Patrick model
Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Excellent Presentation Skills (Must have)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written German (C2)
spoken and written in English language preferred
Proficiency in instructional design principles and practices
Coaching skills principles
Certification in the training delivery (Preferred)
Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
