We combine the scale, stability and quality of our tower network with the agility, optimism and energy of a start-up.

As a young TowerCo, we have already achieved strong results with a continued focus on accelerating growth and a special emphasis put on sustainability. As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Our IT & Cloud Operations department ensures high availability, stability, and ongoing modernization across critical platforms and IT management solutions. You drive day-to-day L2 operations, technical issue resolution, and system enhancements to elevate platform performance and service excellence.

If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top, together.

  • Incident Resolution & Escalation: You investigate and resolve complex incidents, problems, and technical issues through root cause analysis and proactive collaboration with L3, development teams, and suppliers.
  • Configuration & Custom Applications: You support ServiceNow configurations, custom applications, workflows, integrations, APIs, scripts, and overall platform functionality.
  • Release & Change Readiness: You support platform upgrades, patches, releases, and changes through impact assessments, rigorous testing, and operational readiness activities.
  • Automation & Platform Evolution: You drive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement to minimize recurring incidents, transition new SaaS/cloud platforms into L2 Operations, and expand engineering expertise into AWS and future SaaS solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical qualification is required.
  • Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Support Engineer, or Platform Engineer, alongside strong practical experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and proactive systems monitoring.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture/CSM (workflows, SLAs, entitlements, APIs, integrations), scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, Flow Designer), Linux system administration, Unix shell scripting, REST APIs, SQL, relational databases, and log correlation (URS, SIP, GVP, GMS, Stats Server) is required; ServiceNow CSM training/certification or completion badge is required, while a ServiceNow CSA certification is nice to have.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills, combined with a proactive mindset and willingness to build L2 engineering expertise across AWS, SaaS, and upcoming management platforms.Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Hungarian language skills are required.

What we offer – Flexibility & Growth Opportunities:

  • Flexible Work & Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid working model, combining remote work with valuable face-to-face collaboration in our Budapest office. We also support you during important life stages with parental leave benefits.

  • Learning & Growth: Shape your development with LinkedIn Learning, personalised support for your professional and personal growth, and access to international career opportunities.

  • Health & Wellbeing: Take care of your health with a comprehensive medical examination, annual eyeglasses support, AYCM SportPass and an unlimited Fitness & Wellness Pass.
