For the role of IT Delivery Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

The responsabilities include:

  • Represent Vodafone ERP Delivery team towards Group Function, Local Markets, and System Integrators

  • Deliver within plan and budget any systems / application changes to support the solution.

  • Drive simplification for local solutions through analyse and design phases with support Product Managers

  • Design Closure: follow up with Business, Product Managers and other teams involved on the Design Phase and make sure that the design is clear, all the relevant documents are approved in SolMan and that the approval flow is fully managed

  • Work with Infrastructure Team and make sure that all the Infrastructure activities are properly addressed and monitored

  • Test preparation: make sure that the test scope is defined and approved, identify the business name responsible for the test activities, verify that the full test preparation has been completed

  • Test execution: make sure that the test execution start as expected, verify the execution progresses and follow up with the SI and test team on defect resolution status

  • Verify with the Business, for each demand, if there are role impacts.

  • Make sure that a proper KT is planned from SI to Operation team

  • Verify that all the steps needed for CAB approval have been completed and that the demand is ready to be deploy

  • Support transition to business as usual : Knowledge transfer and transformation of local IT teams to target ERP Domain

  • Management and control of EVO IT delivery with Systems Integrator, local markets and Global IT resources

What you bring

  • Experience and expertise of ERP systems

  • Based on the area of involvement, S/4 Hana skills maybe requested on following modules: SAP S/4 Hana, FI, MM, P2P. These skills requirements are not mandatory but may allow a better understanding of the solution delivered

  • At least 7 years experience in delivering ERP projects / in international environment.

  • Track record of successful service provider integration and delivery management in an international context serving multiple

  • Ability to work in European country

  • Ability to travel (5-10%), based on the project demands content and dimension, some travels any be requested to Local Markets or to Vodafone Global services office in Newbury
