About this Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP FICA Analyst & Solution expert to design and deliver solutions that support ERP FICA business processes within the telecommunications sector. This role involves analysing business requirements, creating feasibility studies, developing detailed designs, and validating solutions through functional testing. You will collaborate closely with receivables stakeholders, senior designers, and offshore development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Expertise in SAP FICA and RMCA processes is essential.

What you will do

Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams.Assess customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Manage enhancements: analyse improvements, write functional specifications, perform functional tests, and support UAT.Coordinate with project teams during analysis, implementation, and defect resolution.Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Who you are

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in SAP FICA/RMCA design and configuration.Strong understanding of finance processes in the Telco market, including billing, invoicing, and receivables.SAP FICA expert with knowledge of RMCA flows (Payment Lot, Return Lot, Direct Debit Runs, Dunning, Collections, Security Deposits).Proficient in ALE IDOCs, RFC APIs, REST APIs, and CRM integration for master data.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to structure complex issues, anticipate risks, and manage ambiguity.Preferred: SAP certification and experience with S/4HANA.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in large-scale international projects.
