About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to design, implement, and maintain system and application integrations across diverse technology platforms. The individual will work within Agile delivery environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take full ownership of the integration lifecycle while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and support end-to-end integrations across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Configure integrated solutions ensuring high levels of reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, configuration guides, and data mapping artefacts.
  • Ensure all integration work adheres to internal standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with architects, solution designers, and development teams to translate requirements into robust integration solutions.
  • Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe to plan, estimate, and deliver integration tasks.
  • Proactively raise blockers, provide transparent progress updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to ensure long‑term stability.
  • Identify gaps in integration or release processes and recommend improvements.

Who you are

  • Experienced in system integration concepts, API development, and data mapping.
  • Skilled in working with REST APIs, JSON/XML, message queues, and integration middleware.
  • Knowledgeable in AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated deployments.
  • Capable of working with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools such as Python or Shell scripting.
  • Able to debug issues using Java and JavaScript.
  • Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.Skilled in Agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • An analytical, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
