Job Description

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as VOIS) and we’re looking for a


HR Advisor - German speaking

To provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via ticketing system to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. To perform day-to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes.

What you'll do:

  • Provide advice/transactional service via the ticket system to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes
  • Provide advice to all managers and employees via webchat (the service hours are from 9-16 daily, the agents are assigned to service hours via a weekly roaster) and phone (the service hours are from 9-12 daily, the agents are assigned to service hours via a weekly roaster)
  • Register queries in the appropriate systems
  • Use a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams when appropriate
  • Provide consistent advice and information, manage the resolution of queries against defined service levels; forward those that are out-of-scope
  • Being responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (e.g. some payroll processes such as private health insurance documents; bike leasing; secondary employment; educational leave; preparation of some certificates, distribution of some payroll relevant such as income tax declaration; administration of occupation health screenings)


What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Strong German knowledge: both oral and written
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Business awareness
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Desired but not a must: basic knowledge on HR systems, resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development
