Job Description

At Vantage Towers, we’re on a mission to power Europe’s sustainable digital transformation. As a leading tower company, we’re ushering in an era of technology-driven advances to help connect people, businesses, and internet-enabled devices like never before. We combine the scale, stability and quality of our tower network with the agility, optimism and energy of a start-up.

As a young TowerCo, we have already achieved strong results with a continued focus on accelerating growth and a special emphasis put on sustainability. As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.

If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top, together.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You deliver key Health, Safety, and Wellbeing priorities aligned with corporate goals while maintaining strict compliance with national and international laws, engineering practices, and data protection guidelines
  • You standardise risk management across operations and conduct regular supplier and workplace audits to maintain safety standards
  • You lead thorough investigations into accidents to determine root causes and implement effective preventive measures
  • You promote workplace health by managing employee welfare, arranging ergonomic workstations, and driving impactful wellbeing communications
  • You design and deliver comprehensive HSW training programs for employees and suppliers, ensuring new staff receive proper health and safety guidance from day one
  • You manage KPI reporting, maintain supplier scorecards, and support the continuous development of ISO and international standards
  • You champion a robust safety culture across all levels while collaborating closely with internal teams like Operations, Construction, Legal, and HR, as well as external partners.

Your Profile

  • You hold proven training in occupational safety or a university degree in a relevant discipline
  • You have demonstrated experience with audits
  • You bring extensive experience in a similar Health & Safety role, with a strong background ideally built within the telecommunications or infrastructure industry
  • You possess a deep understanding of HSW principles, regulations, and best practices, combined with practical experience working with ISO norms (such as 45001) and other international standards
  • You exhibit excellent organisational and communication skills, complemented by a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and a collaborative approach to handling compliance and governance
  • You are fluent in English, demonstrating professional proficiency at a C1 level
  • You possess the willingness to travel occasionally to local markets to conduct audits, deliver training, and collaborate with teams

What we offer – Flexibility & Growth Opportunities:

  • Flexible work: we offer a hybrid working model, which allows you to work 2 days per week from our Dublin office and 3 days remote. You receive a flexible working allowance to cover expenses incurred while working from home (broadband, heating, electricity)
  • Top Equipment: you receive a new laptop as well as a mobile phone
  • Vacation: Up to 20 vacation days
  • Learning & Growth: LinkedIn Learning, individual support for your professional and personal development as well as international career opportunities
  • Health & Social Care: profit from our healthcare allowance, which is provided towards the costs of your health insurance and the Master Trust arrangement provided by Irish Life (pension plan)
  • Team & Culture: work in a diverse, multiculture team which is committed to the values: Accountability, Respect, Teamwork and Trust. We offer the unique opportunity to shape our organization – together as OneVT

Are you ready to create the future of digital telco infrastructure together with us? Then we are happy to receive your CV. Depending on the role, we generally invite you to two-three rounds of interviews before you receive an offer.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Applications from all individuals, regardless of background, identity, or ability are more than welcome. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact us so we can support you.
