About this Role

We are seeking a Global Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead seamless service delivery across multiple geographies, supporting over 3,000 Vodafone Group customers. This role is accountable for end-to-end service performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks. The individual will drive operational excellence, embed Agile ways of working, and champion transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and align with Vodafone’s vision for digital leadership.

What you’ll do

Ensure consistent service performance aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and capacity forecasts.Oversee Real Estate and Lease Accounting, ensuring accurate balance sheet ownership and risk/opportunity analysis.Collaborate with Finance Operations leadership to define accounting policies and judgments.Promote process efficiency and challenge existing practices for improvement.Manage Supply Chain Management delivery and master data with strong compliance to DOA policies.Lead cross-functional initiatives in SCM and Category Management, acting as a financial process consultant.Maintain a robust internal control framework and adapt to evolving business needs.Partner with Vantage Control to define and operate relevant controls.Lead statutory audit processes and govern internal audits for compliance and control closure.Work closely with Finance, Lease, and SCM leaders to support strategic initiatives and transformation projects.Drive digitisation and process improvements to boost service efficiency.Lead a diverse team of 85+ professionals, overseeing resource planning, recruitment, and development.Build a high-performing workforce through coaching, training, and succession planning.

Who you are

Experienced leader with a track record of managing large, multi-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.Strong critical thinking and ability to add value to operational teams.Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute actionable plans.Excellent analytical, project management, and organisational skills.Ability to prioritise under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.Adaptable and flexible to change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.Skilled in navigating matrixed and multicultural environments to overcome challenges.Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA) with 15+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting for global organisations.Familiarity with project management and cross-location team leadership.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and internal controls.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive change across all levels
