About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role involves end-to-end development and implementation of Java-based applications, integrating with AWS services and collaborating closely with cross-functional Agile teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React, and will actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React.
  • Integrate applications with AWS services, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Define and promote best practices for performance optimisation and cloud architecture.

Who you are

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React.
  • Strong foundation in Core Java and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in analytical thinking, data gathering, and diagnosing complex system configurations.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (preferably V3).
  • Willingness to work in a shadow or shift mode as required.
