About this Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Pune team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, React, and AWS services. The individual will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with business goals. This role demands active participation in SAFe ceremonies and a strong focus on performance optimisation and scalability in cloud environments.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React.
• Integrate applications with AWS services, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and participate in SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Define and implement best practices for cost efficiency and performance optimisation in AWS.
• Attend Scrum calls and coordinate with onshore counterparts.
• Implement change requests and support new project requirements.

Who you are

• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, Maven, WebLogic, and React.
• Strong foundation in Core Java and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Skilled in analytical thinking, data gathering, and system diagnosis.
• Effective communicator with facilitation skills and ability to work in team and shift modes.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (preferably V3).
• Capable of understanding complex system configurations with an end-to-end perspective.
