Job Description

Your day to day:

The VOIS Foundation Lead will be responsible for all liaison activities between the Vodafone Group Foundation and relevant Market Foundations in the countries where VOIS operates.

This role will lead and coordinate all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and programs within VOIS, ensuring alignment with the broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.

Reporting to VOIS International External Affairs Lead, this exciting role will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the VOIS Foundation strategy and reporting model for VOIS.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Vodafone Group Foundation and VOIS Foundations as well as the communications with local foundations where VOIS operates.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure cohesive and aligned CSR efforts across all markets.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee CSR strategies and programs within VOIS.
  • Ensure that all CSR initiatives are integrated into the ESG framework and contribute to the overall CSR agenda.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and support CSR initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including non-profit organizations, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to CSR and ESG.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on CSR activities, achievements, and future-plans to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CSR, ESG, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and managing successful CSR programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results oriented approach.
