What you’ll do

• Accounting records as timely, accurate and complete relevant legislation and company procedures and ensure that, in accordance with the policy , and
• Performing vendor invoice posting in line with AP procedures.
• Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders as support of business teams
• Performing vendor return invoice process and answer vendor queries.
• Providing support to other issues related to accounting during the month-end/year-end closing, monitoring and reviewing accounting and related systems reports for accounting accuracy and completeness.

Who you are

• Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, or other Accounting/Finance related departments,
• At least 3 year experience in accounting / reporting, preferably in multinational production companies
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (FI&MM)
• Good knowledge of AP.
• Knowledge of accounting rules (both IFRS and local tax), regulations, policies and procedures that is reflective of the company
• Proficiency with MS Office
• English knowledge
• Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, CPA) is a plus
• Analytical thinking, team work skills, self-motivated and well organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Open to change and willing to learn new skills
