What you’ll do

  • As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every capital investment delivers maximum value and impact.
  • You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create a clear, long-term view of our investment strategy, embedding strong governance processes at every stage.
  • From business cases and ROI analysis to payback reviews and post-investment evaluations, you’ll make sure decisions are backed by robust financial insight.
  • You’ll lead key governance committees, influence strategic initiatives from inception, and support transformational programmes such as Tech2025.
  • By managing end-to-end planning for Capex, depreciation, and cash targets, you’ll help us achieve ambitious goals while driving a culture of accountability and transparency.

Who we are looking for

  • A qualified accountant with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers
  • An effective communicator who can influence and collaborate across functions and at senior levels
  • A proactive individual with a growth mindset, ready to embrace new challenges and drive change
  • Experience in financial governance, capital planning, and investment review processes
