Location: Newbury/Birmingham + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Duration: 12 Months - Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do

We are hiring for a Field Dispatch Coordinator who will ensure that the 24x7x365 Field Engineering force are working as efficiently as possible, reducing travel and continuously improving utilisation per day.

• System Gantt, task & queue management within SLA’s of the tickets
• Working with customers to gain the optimal access slot that works for both parties
• Minimise customer disruption to tasks on the system due to over runs or task Jeopardy.
• Attendance (as required) of customer project roll-out conference calls/meetings, representing the NED and Field Engineers, making decisions on resource allocation. ·
• Manage and take ownership of escalations, ensuring a timely response to all parties concerned to lessen the impact of Delivery on Time failure in Provide and customer SLA in Assure.

Who you are

• Advanced level of Excel
• Experience of Customer facing role
• Experience of working in an Agile culture
• Prior experience of working with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Work Force Management Solutions – experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud is desirable

Please note, Candidates must hold SC Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance. To become eligible for SC Clearance candidates must be able to demonstrate residency in the UK for the past 5 years.
