About this Role

As an Experienced Legal Advisor (Contracting), you will provide timely, accurate, solution‑oriented legal support across a wide portfolio of commercial and contractual matters. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing high‑value, global contracts—ensuring risks are minimized while driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Draft and negotiate local and global agreements – both standard and bespoke - and other legal documents relating to deals with major multinational companies arising through the operations of the Group Enterprise businesses
  • Provide accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support on commercial and contractual matters of relating to the Group Enterprise businesses, translating complex legal issues into simple language
  • Ensure material risks are identified and mitigated to reduce or eliminate claims by customers and third parties
  • Work on non-deal activities, projects as well as specific initiatives within the Legal Function
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and tracking the status of contracts in the contract database system

Who you are

What you will bring to the team:

  • Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)
  • Degree in Law
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial legal/contract management role
  • Bar exam is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of commercial contract law coupled with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Accuracy in work
  • Assist with the development of new practices and processes, and shares best practices
