Job Description

At Vantage Towers, we’re on a mission to power Europe’s sustainable digital transformation. As a leading tower company, we’re ushering in an era of technology-driven advances to help connect people, businesses, and internet-enabled devices like never before. We combine the scale, stability and quality of our tower network with the agility, optimism and energy of a start-up.

As a young TowerCo, we have already achieved strong results with a continued focus on accelerating growth and a special emphasis put on sustainability.

As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.

If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.

Your Contribution:

  • Develop our quantitative sustainability reporting in line with new standards such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, and CBAM.
  • Integrate ESG into the financial strategy and track the cost of non-compliance.
  • Support the Head of ESG with ad hoc analyses, projects, and business case calculations.
  • Independently manage SFDR disclosures and the EU Taxonomy reporting project.
  • Monitor the completion of disclosures and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Prepare audits independently and manage auditor requests.
  • Stay up to date with standards and legislation relevant to sustainability disclosures.
  • Support ESG data collection processes and the development of key indicators.
  • Validate data to ensure it is correctly calculated, captured on time, and fully auditable.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • You have hands-on experience developing quantitative sustainability reporting aligned with ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, CSDDD, and CBAM.
  • You’ve successfully led SFDR disclosure and EU Taxonomy reporting projects, managing them independently from start to finish.
  • You are confident in preparing management reports, coordinating audits, and handling auditor requests.
  • You stay up to date with evolving ESG standards and legislation, and understand their implications for corporate disclosure.
  • You bring strong analytical and communication skills, along with a high level of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.
  • You have experience implementing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and building dashboards, apps, and action flows to support ESG data processes.
  • You are passionate about sustainability and thrive in cross-functional, multinational environments.

What we offer:

  • An attractive salary and bonus plan
  • Private medical insurance, including coverage for dependents
  • A mobile plan with unlimited talk time and data
  • A food card for daily meal expenses
  • A dedicated parking slot
  • Flexible working arrangements, with active support for employees caring for family members
