Digital Transformation Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

To drive, coordinate and/or execute automation ideas which enable process improvement and simplification within Device Operations Budapest Teams. Actively work on developing new tools, sites, applications and work on those enhancements on a regular basis. To provide regular updates via formal communications to all relevant parties. Extend the automation knowledge in the wider teams while holding trainings. To manage and participate in Projects within Device Operations Department.

What you'll do:

  • Identifies and designs digital solutions to enable process improvements and simplifications
  • Builds and deploys automation and digital tools
  • Continuously monitors the performance of the built tools and digital platforms, takes action to improve them according to user experience and other observations
  • Manages projects within the Device Operations Department
  • Contribute to the conversion and automation of active legacy reports
  • Support the recommendation and initiation of key dashboard transformation programs focused on data improvement and validation

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Applications, Automation Platforms - Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • ITIL: Strong understanding of Change Management and Transformation
  • Device Operations procurement and order management experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Organizing, priority and deadline management skills
  • Experience in managing stakeholders
  • Fluent English language knowledge
