What you’ll do

To drive, design, implement and support the Network Ticketing system based on Remedy/Helix technology that will manage the whole NW incident and change items within different Local markets and Vodafone Group as part of Gamma strategy. Supports vision and strategy for Zero touch Operations and relevant contribution to cross domain projects and programs.
Evangelist for golden rules of systematic reuse, standard tools, always on and security by design. Relevant contribution to cross domain projects and programs with multi-discipline and multinational character

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Accountable for technical delivery of new processes and new markets in central NW Helix
• Works as senior analyst and responsible for technical designs.
• Works with Product owner for strategy and blueprint
• Interacts with the business stakeholders and process owners
• Involved in bidding process and pre-sale activities
• Works as a senior developer for specific challenge.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• 6-8 Overall years of experience in Remedy/Helix and a minimum of 5 years working in Network environments
• Proficient in ITIL methodology and especially change and configuration management processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to deliver excellent results and deliverables within projects and programs.
• Excellent documenting and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a complex ecosystem and manage priorities accordingly.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Essentials
• Extensive technical knowledge in Remedy/Helix as developer and solution design
• ITIL and ITSM proficient. Knowledge of BMC Remedy
• Technical expertise in TMForum API

• Ability to work with business partners and stakeholders to help define requirements and
Desired
• Solid understanding of virtualization, containerization, and cloud technologies
• Experience with producing business cases, UML & Service modelling, or Business Process Modelling experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing system integration and automation capability to improve operational response time and accuracy in diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate system efficiency, develop system performance metrics, and drive continual process improvement of IT/network management systems.
