What you’ll do
Responsible for the successful ongoing operation, coordination and management of Fixed CRM solutions and manage Application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it.
Ensure service availability
• Provide the acceptance of changes to products/services from suppliers/partners via defined acceptance criteria.
• Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms against forecasted growth and demand.
Management of service performance
• Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support.
Service and change management
• Responsible for managing the progress and delivery of approved SR’s(Service Request's).
Who you are
• SQL – 1 year experience
• Shell script experience – 1 Year experience
• Fixed CRM functional experiencee 1 year experience
• Knowhow for OCP,Mongo,Postgre db
• Knowhow for system monitoring activites
