What you’ll do

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for devices, considering factors such as quality, pricing, reliability, and compatibility with our organization's requirements.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, service level agreements, and warranty agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the main point of contact and fostering open communication channels to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Regularly assess vendor performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, such as having backup vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring industry trends.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the devices vendor management process, implementing best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and operations, to align device procurement strategies with organizational goals and ensure smooth integration.
  • Assist in the development and management of the device’s vendor management budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing spending to achieve cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and other relevant information. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Passionate about technology & Smart Tech devices.
  • Understanding of contract management and vendor relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to device procurement is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier options.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
