About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our S15 Accounting and General Ledger operations within the ARC Central Hub. This role involves managing Record to Report (R2R) processes, including IFRS15 revenue accounting, OPEX accounting, and lease accounting (S16). You will oversee compliance, drive automation, and ensure accurate financial reporting for multiple markets such as Germany, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

What you will do

  • Lead S15 revenue accounting and reporting, including month-end assessments, analysis of Generic POB, Tech Fund, Rebate True Ups, and accruals.
  • Oversee GL activities such as period management, HFM uploads and validations, SOX controls, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Drive automation and efficiency across the R2R process.
  • Manage S16 lease accounting and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of external audit and statutory reports.
  • Lead internal control processes including 3C and support ad hoc management reporting and presentations.
  • Deliver insightful revenue/margin analytics and reporting against KPIs and targets.
  • Support new transitions from local markets and ensure seamless integration.
  • Build strong relationships with ARC and local market stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
  • Mentor and guide a team of 10–15 direct reports, fostering capability development and performance excellence.
