What you’ll do

Role Purpose

As a Demand Assurance Manager, In VST Demand manager team you will be the main and crucial point of contact with the client for managing their requests for new products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each request is clearly defined and to maintain a constant and proactive relationship with the requester to manage their needs effectively.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that client requests are managed efficiently and that the proposed solutions are approved and successfully implemented. Your ability to act as a bridge between the client and various internal departments will be fundamental in achieving business objectives and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key accountabilities:

Request Management: You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and coordinating client requests, ensuring that each request is well understood and documented. Your ability to understand and interpret the client's needs will be fundamental to the project's success.

Internal Coordination: You will engage and coordinate various departments within VST to identify the best solution and provide an accurate estimate. This includes collaboration with engineering, market delivery, and operations teams.

Timelines and Methods: Ensure that each request is managed within the agreed timelines and methods with the client, constantly monitoring the progress and intervening in case of delays or issues.


Solution Approval: You will be responsible for bringing the proposed solution to internal review for approval and supporting the client during their approval process.


Monitoring and KPIs: Ensure that all activities are correctly tracked and monitored, making sure that the established KPIs are met. This includes the timely production and distribution of the Demand Board agenda and representing the requests during weekly meetings with requesters and representatives from various departments.


Communication and Relationships: Maintaining clear and constant communication with the client will be essential. You will need to ensure that they are informed about the status of their requests and that every decision made is well understood and accepted. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be crucial for long-term success.

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Strong Project management skills and experience
Strong ability in negotiation and interpersonal relationship.
Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed Network architecture
Good skill in business/technical writing
Excelent organizational, presentation and analytics skills
Strong ability in influencing and problem solving under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders, to ensure solution designs are deliverable
Strong motivation in steadily improving and learning
Strong knowledge of provisioning processes and Telco systems Architecture


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Fluent in English.
Strong skills in MS Office ( Excel, Power Point, Word )
