About this Role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Global Product Manager to join our Cloud, Security and Managed Services function. This role is pivotal in shaping Vodafone’s security portfolio, driving strategic planning, and enabling global market integration. You will lead the development and execution of security propositions, ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting sales enablement. The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to influence across a matrix organisation.

What you’ll do

Define and lead a differentiated product strategy with a market and segment focus.Own budget and resource planning for your product area.Design and align operating models and accelerate performance in target markets.Drive go-to-market alignment, customer success, and revenue growth.Act as an internal and external thought leader for security propositions.Engage with local markets to simplify and integrate products, reducing time to market.Oversee financial planning and prioritisation for portfolio integration.

Who you are

7 years experience in cybersecurity or information security markets, ideally within Telco or IT. Skilled in product and portfolio ownership with strong commercial understanding.Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix organisation.Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience managing complex projects.Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are desirable.
