The Product and Marketing Manager in Cybersecurity is responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy within Vodafone Portugal, in alignment with Vodafone Group teams and the Product Operating Model. This role ensures that cybersecurity solutions are designed to meet market demands, comply with internal policies, and deliver value to customers.The position involves leading cross-functional initiatives across market analysis, product definition, pricing, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution. It plays a key role in ensuring that Vodafone’s cybersecurity offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer expectations and business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Defines the product strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity solutions, coordinating with local and group stakeholders;
  • Leads the analysis of market opportunities, development of business cases, and pricing strategies for new products;
  • Owns the definition of business and user experience requirements for product development and enhancement;
  • Ensures compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies, in collaboration with privacy, legal, and technology teams;
  • Oversees the full product lifecycle, including documentation, training, performance monitoring, and end-of-life planning;
  • Designs and implements go-to-market strategies in collaboration with commercial and operational teams, ensuring alignment with product positioning and customer needs;
  • Plans and executes marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and retention of cybersecurity solutions.

Who you are

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or telecommunications;
  • Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, and other cybersecurity compliance standards, and enterprise IT environments;
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modeling, and marketing tools;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements;
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market execution;
  • Ability to convert market insights into actionable product and campaign strategies;
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills;
  • Expertise in lifecycle management, pricing models, customer segmentation, and campaign planning;
  • Fluency in English.
