About this Role

We are seeking an Experienced Creative Designer who will independently manage and deliver a wide range of digital and print design projects. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate project briefs into impactful creative outputs, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure brand‑aligned, high‑quality visual communication that supports key business objectives.

What you will do

Manage and deliver multiple design projects with autonomy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Translate briefs into creative concepts across print, digital and multimedia formats.Develop assets for marketing, e-commerce, internal communications and sales enablement, including web pages, social media, presentations and campaign visuals.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design consistency and adherence to brand identity.Maintain and organise a central repository of design assets to optimise reusability.Upload, update and manage materials across content management and knowledge-sharing platforms.Provide peer reviews and support for junior design team members.Contribute to brainstorming sessions, client presentations and iterative feedback cycles.Stay informed about digital design trends and emerging technologies, including AI‑powered tools.

Who you are

A creative professional with 5+ years’ experience in digital or creative design, ideally within an agency or corporate environment.Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced with Figma (2+ years).Skilled in digital design principles, CMS workflows and AI‑enhanced design tools.Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities.Adept at presenting ideas, solving problems creatively and collaborating proactively.Experienced in mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.Comfortable using Mac platforms and familiar with Agile methodologies.Able to showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
