What you’ll do
• Preparing KPI reports for Vodafone outsource employees and analyzing their results according to determined targets.
• Analysing the results and taking necessary actions if necessary
• Calculating the earnings of frontline employees according to targets
• Working close with Cops Operational managent team and reporting team to define all KPIs to provide best customer experience & operational exellence
• Working with the relevant teams and depositing the amounts to the employees
Who you are
• Consolidation and preparing COPS reports
• To conduct basic KPI and financial analysis
• To make what if analysis within score card targets.
• To perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
• To prepare Exco review presentations
• To define project goal, scope and deliverables. Manage resources and budgets
• To guide to call center management team by KPI realizations
• To support COPS app by providing necessary reports
• To implement the COPS reports into COPS app.
