What you’ll do

- Design, develop, and optimise complex SQL queries and run them over desired platforms to extract reports.
- Analyse spatial and non-spatial data using GIS tools and methodologies.
- Perform image analysis to comply with Vodafone data standards and business requirements, including satellite and aerial imagery.
- Prepare, automate, and deliver comprehensive regulatory reports and data visualisations for BTK.
- Lead and coordinate tool deployments on both cloud infrastructure and on-premises (bare metal) environments.
- Ensure robust data integrity, security, and compliance with telecom regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international colleagues, data scientists and project managers.
- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed tools and solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies in geospatial analysis, cloud computing, and telecom regulatory standards by following the Vodafone Group strategies.

Who you are

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, database design).
- Hands-on experience with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS) and geospatial data processing.
- Demonstrated skill in image analysis.
- Experience in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP, Enterprise Cloud) as well as bare metal infrastructure management.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards and reporting to regulatory bodies (especially BTK) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have :
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of telecom-specific data models and OSS/BSS systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of network protocols and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK).
- Experience working with large, distributed, or real-time datasets.
- Prior experience in the telecom industry or regulatory reporting.
