About this Role
We are seeking a Content Specialist to join an agile, multi‑disciplinary team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising digital content for the UK consumer market. This role focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and engaging content across multiple digital touchpoints while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and customer experience goals.
What you’ll do
Build, update, and maintain digital media assets including webpages, responsive emails, banners, promotions, and pricing contentRegularly review and optimise digital content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistencyCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and manage up‑to‑date contentWork closely with copy, design, marketing, and e‑commerce teams to deliver timely outputsUse content management systems daily and support others through knowledge sharing and guidanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and ways of workingContribute to cross‑functional projects and support agile deliveryApply strong attention to detail to minimise corrections after deployment
Who you are
An individual with 3+ years of experience in content editing or digital content operationsConfident using content management systems, ideally headless CMS platformsKnowlege or courses in in Prompt engineering Hand on experience or courses taken in AI tools as: Claude, GPT and Gemini as well as platform knowledge in Writer and Structure platformsComfortable managing multiple tasks using project management toolsA clear and confident communicator with strong writing and editing capabilityDetail‑oriented, organised, and able to work accurately under time constraintsFamiliar with working within brand guidelines and adapting tone of voice
