About this Role

We are seeking a Business Readiness Lead to drive business impact assessments, change management, and governance across the software delivery lifecycle within Vodafone Business. This role plays a key part in ensuring that processes, frameworks, and standards align with Business Capability Architecture (BCA) requirements and meet regulatory and compliance expectations. The successful candidate will collaborate across technical and business teams to enable smooth delivery, adoption, and optimisation of transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

Lead Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and ensure accurate stakeholder identification across impacted areas
Govern software delivery lifecycle activities including HLD, LLD, development, testing, release, and hypercare
Drive change management activities, including communication planning and awareness campaigns
Map and analyse processes using tools such as ARIS or Visio to identify optimisation opportunities
Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including working with Scrum teams and Azure DevOps user stories
Plan project timelines, release schedules, and coordinate dependencies across workstreams
Oversee testing cycles (ST, SIT, UAT, ORT) and ensure readiness for deployment
Create and deliver training materials using various formats, including classroom sessions and digital platforms
Draft, review, and distribute communications to large audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency
Maintain documentation, version control, and communication storage on SharePoint
Support Early Life Support (ELS), including incident management and release verification
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore stakeholders
Challenge constructively and engage with business analysts, developers, and resolver groups
Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, VOST, and BOXI
Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and process improvements

Who you are

Demonstrated experience in business analysis or a related role
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Skilled in translating business requirements into structured, technology-enabled solutions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and track performance
Experience in process mapping, optimisation, and identifying efficiency improvements
Familiarity with automation concepts, AI use cases, and digital platforms
Ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and business analysis frameworks
Confident in facilitating discussions, leading workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
Ability to manage change, training delivery, and adoption tracking
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or similar is an advantage
Awareness of enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and cross-functional dependencies
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to delivery
Certification such as PMI-PBA or equivalent is beneficial
