About this role

We are seeking a Business Solution Owner - Fixed Network to join the Fixed Services Product Management team supporting the German operating company within VOIS. This role has end‑to‑end ownership of Fixed Network and UCC products, covering local and group‑aligned solutions, and plays a key part in sustaining revenue, enabling growth, and supporting Vodafone’s transformation into a technology‑driven organisation. The role requires strong collaboration with group and local stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Go‑to‑Market teams.

What you’ll do

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for Fixed Network and Unified Communications solutions
  • Plan, develop, and manage the local and group‑aligned product portfolio within the global Product Operating Model
  • Drive portfolio evolution by initiating new product and service developments
  • Manage pricing, price lists, and price adjustments, including implementation project management
  • Oversee service descriptions, contracts, and portfolio documentation
  • Ensure sales collateral is updated following portfolio or pricing changes
  • Support Go‑to‑Market teams with promotion design and execution
  • Analyse product performance and prepare regular reporting
  • Contribute to digitisation initiatives related to customer tools and operational processes
  • Act as a key contact for product‑related risk assessments
  • Maintain close collaboration with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing

Who you are

  • Experienced in B2B lifecycle and/or product management
  • Knowledgeable about the business connectivity market and the wider telecommunications industry
  • Comfortable working in structured and Agile project environments
  • Able to deliver measurable outcomes within agreed timelines
  • Technically knowledgeable in fixed connectivity services
  • Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
  • Confident in stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication
  • Motivated, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Fluent in both German and English
