About this Role

We are seeking a Bid Specialist fluent in English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) to manage bids from qualification to submission or contracting. This role involves shaping deal strategies, ensuring compliance with governance processes, and preparing proposals that meet both customer and organisational requirements. You will work closely with account teams to deliver high-quality, market-relevant proposals that enhance Vodafone’s win rate and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

• Manage global or mid-complexity bids and RFPs from qualification to submission or contracting.
• Develop bid project plans, including risk analysis and contingency planning.
• Organise and facilitate bid kick-off and follow-up meetings, setting clear strategies and timelines.
• Coach content contributors, review and critique proposal content, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Build bid presentations and feed new content into the knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant processes and manage offline approvals.

Who you are

• Experienced in bids and proposals, with exposure to purchasing and sales.
• Skilled in project management and commercial acumen.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese).
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
