Role Purpose


This role is responsible for designing and executing the growth strategy for Vodafone’s postpaid customer base. You will identify the right customer segments, define when and where to engage them, and determine the most effective offers and actions to drive revenue, retention, and customer value.
The Postpaid Growth Squad aims to ensure a healthy, growing, and loyal customer base by focusing on value growth, managed migrations, retention, upsell, recommitment, contract renewal, and add-on sales—supported by strong data and insight-driven strategies.


What You Will Do


Lead end-to-end postpaid growth activities such as upsell, contract renewals, retention and customer migrations to reach monthly targets and grow postpaid revenue.
Define target customers and design customer journeys using multi-channel campaingn management tools (desicioning engine: i.e: Pega)—working with Big Data for segmentation/offering, Commercial for offer design, Channel teams for channel planning, and Decision Architects for technical execution.
Design personalized, data-driven flows, ensuring customers receive timely, relevant offers while reducing churn and disconnections.
Own the real-time engagement roadmap, identifying triggers that signal growth activities and enabling fast, automated actions.
Analyze customer behaviour and business insights to optimize KPIs and improve customer experiences through a horizontal, end-to-end approach.
Lead AI adoption within churn and growth-related activities—using AI for smarter offer selection, channel prioritization, script suggestions and journey optimization.
Identify growth opportunities by running A/B tests and continuously optimizing core activities.
Simplify and improve processes to ensure seamless execution and better customer experience.
Shape channel strategy to boost revenue, increase digital engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Explore new digital capabilities and technologies to support growth and improve customer interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Channel, Big Data, Decisioning, Technology etc.) and manage stakeholders effectively.
Work within an agile team structure, being flexible to support other roles where needed.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or Growth roles in Telecom, E-commerce or Technology
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify marketing & sales opportunities
• Highly proactive, with a strong can-do attitude and ambition
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with different stakeholders
• Experience with Pega or similar decisioning/journey/campaingn management platforms is a plus
• Flexible and willing to take responsibilities beyond the core role when needed to support the squad’s goals
